Identification:
Similar Species: Very similar to Bull-headed Furrow Bee (Lasioglossum zonulum). Females differ in the pit density of T1 (nearly impossible to photograph on live bees). Males differ in the color of the legs (among other features). Male Band-footed Sweat Bees (Lasioglossum cinctipes) also have short mandibules and yellow basitarsi but unlike White-banded, at least the hind tarsi are also yellow.
