This appears to be a relatively uncommon, but widespread, species. Thought to be a willow specialist, though so far no VT specimens have come from willows. Vermont records from Windham, Washington, and Essex County as early as late April and as late as mid-July (a very worn female).

Identification: Not readily identified from photos. A moderately-sized Andrena, lacking hair bands on abdomen.
