Tramea carolina (Carolina Saddlebags)Most likely a vagrant, first encountered in Vermont on 6 August 2010 at two sites, a wetland with open water and a retention pond at a landfill in Bennington County. Similar reports surfaced across much of the Northeast during the same season. It remains unclear whether this species breeds in Vermont.
