A wingless spur-throat grasshopper that is usually greenish (sometimes trending brownish) with a face that is nearly vertical. Found throughout the northeast from Minnesota and western Ontario east to New Brunswick, Maine, and New Hampshire, and south through the Appalachians in open areas.
