| Description of Vocalizations | no vocalizations heard |
| Verbal Narrative & Description of Observation | We were placing a trail camera along the edge of the water when Tyler noticed a yellow bird on a tree trunk thrashing a caterpillar about. We both got great looks at it feeding and foraging and concluded it was a Prothonotary Warbler. |
| Relative Size & Shape | Warbler sized and shaped |
| IMPORTANT: What similar species were eliminated when making the identification and how was this bird different? | Only similar visual species to Prothonotary is Blue-winged Warbler and this was obviously not that as those are rarer than Prothonotary in Vermont. |
