Verbal Narrative & Description of Observation

Was birding by car along marshes adjacent to Otter Creek on Rt 73 outside of Brandon when I heard this bird vocalize. I stopped the car and observed this bird calling for several minutes both from in the marsh and then hopping into the uplands. It was frequently giving the typical ACFL "weep-weoh" call

IMPORTANT: What similar species were eliminated when making the identification and how was this bird different?

The call of this bird is distinctive and does not overlap with other flycatcher species. Recording provided in eBird checklist.
