| Behaviors Observed | Feeding and swimming with Canada Geese |
| Verbal Narrative & Description of Observation | Medium sized goose (slightly smaller than Canada Goose) swimming in a channel of water with Canada Geese. The bird had all brown head with black and pink bill. The neck appeared to have furls. Brown back and sides with a thin white line on the flanks and lines in the back from the tips of the feathers. The bird did climb onto a small mound to preen where I could see the pink legs and feet. |
