| Verbal Narrative & Description of Observation | Received at the Center for Wild Bird Rehabilitation at VINS on 10/4. Details of its capture not entirely clear, but had been found in montpelier the previous day. No injuries found on initial exam, but emaciated and dehydrated, condition presumed to be due to being lost. Still currently in care, may be transferred to a coastal facility for further care. |
