| Behaviors Observed | Perched on tree branches at about eye level, observed on the ground and hoping on stumps and fallen logs. Kept distance from observer. |

| Verbal Narrative & Description of Observation | I saw a bird with a yellow belly, black throat and black cap with yellow face in between. Wings were a darker brownish yellow than its belly. Black eyes and black bill. |
