Vermont has not had an organized tiger beetle atlas or survey. Thus, the range of sampling in Vermont, both spatially and temporally, is far from satisfactory. In spite of this, the efforts of entomologists, naturalists, and conservation biologists have resulted in a fairly good understanding of the State's fauna.
