Enallagma aspersumAnother species associated with fishless bodies of water. As with E. annexum, this seems to limit its occurrence in the Champlain Valley. It is, however, widely distributed elsewhere in Vermont where bogs, quarry ponds, and other commonly fishless habitats occur. Found up to 2,700 ft in elevation, and seems to be a mid-season damselfly.
